Lead Video Editor
Lead Editor: Solved PressXpress's international workflow issues by introducing Cinematic Color, Motion, and Strategic Sound Design for high-stakes documentaries and global election coverage.
Press Xpress

The Credibility Gap in High-Stakes News Production.
PressXpress faced a significant challenge in maintaining international-level workflow: their core news, reels, and documentaries covering overwhelming elections in Bangladesh, UK, USA, and India lacked the high-impact cinematic and emotional resonance necessary for audience retention and trust. Specifically, there was a gap in Cinematic Color Grading, advanced Motion integration, and strategic Sound Design, which diminished the perceived quality and urgency of their international reporting.
Orchestrating a Full-Spectrum Post-Production Overhaul.
I was brought in to elevate the agency's production standards and quickly promoted to Lead Video Editor (within 4 months) to spearhead this transformation. I systematically addressed and solved nearly all their post-production deficiencies:
Cinematic & Color Authority: Established new standards for Cinematic Color Grading to ensure visual consistency and high-end quality across all international documentary assets.
Emotion Lead Sound Design: Integrated sophisticated Sound Design and mixing to maximize the emotional impact and perceived professionalism of the news and reels.
Production Leadership: Transitioned from junior to lead, managing the workflow and setting the bar for motion integration and final output quality for high-stakes election coverage.
This overhaul directly contributed to the agency's ability to deliver content that matched the urgency and professionalism of major international news outlets.
