The Challenge of International Creative Fragmentation.
UK-based U & R Enterprise required a streamlined, high-quality solution for managing highly diverse creative assets across their portfolio (including the Donner Restaurant brand). Relying on multiple vendors was inefficient and led to critical brand fragmentation and inconsistent quality across essential 360° touchpoints—from digital media to physical goods. The primary challenge was finding a single, trusted Creative Lead capable of maintaining consistent international standards across a vast range of deliverables.
Solo Brand Architecture: Single-Source Creative Governance.
I served as the Solo Creative Lead and Multimedia Architect, providing total brand governance and execution for the London-based client. I eliminated creative fragmentation by single-handedly managing the entire creative supply chain:
360° Campaign Execution: Led the complete digital campaign for Donner Restaurant, including all video, motion, and social assets.
Total Asset Management: Managed the creation of all physical and digital assets, spanning high-end Motion Graphics and digital content to Embroidery designs, Print Materials, and Core Brand Collateral.
This approach delivered unified, international-quality branding with maximum efficiency, proving my capacity to serve as a full-spectrum Creative Director for a global client base.
